Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our client’s technology team on a 6-month extendable contract, onsite in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL, and will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using .NET and C#
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Work with SQL Server to write complex queries, stored procedures, and perform database optimizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design discussions
- Ensure code quality and adhere to industry best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
- Solid experience working with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance tuning
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
