Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Lead (.NET) to join our growing engineering team.

This is not a traditional Senior Software Engineer position. We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader who can architect complex enterprise solutions, drive critical technical decisions, mentor engineers, and help shape the future of our technology platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using .NET
• Drive key technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Build modern cloud-native applications using the latest .NET technologies.
• Architect and implement microservices architectures, RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Review code, mentor developers, and promote engineering excellence.
• Ensure software quality through Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.
• Take ownership of complex technical projects from solution design through production deployment.
• Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET 10 / C#.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
• Strong expertise in:

Microservices Architecture

REST APIs

Distributed Systems

Cloud-native application development

Docker & Kubernetes

Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

• Deep understanding of:

Clean Architecture

SOLID Principles

Design Patterns

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Automated Testing and Quality Assurance

Code Reviews

CI/CD pipelines

Performance optimization, scalability, and application security

• Strong knowledge of software security, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and drive complex technical projects.

Nice to Have

Experience in any of the following would be a strong advantage:

·      Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-powered solutions.

·      Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant platforms.

·      Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, or machine learning integrations.

·      Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).

·      Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).

·      Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.

·      Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications.
