.Net Fullstack Developer

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer to join a growing engineering team working on scalable, high-performance, and modern cloud-native applications.

The client is specifically looking for a strong backend-oriented engineer with solid frontend exposure and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable architecting backend systems while also being able to contribute to modern frontend development and guide technical decisions across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications with a strong focus on backend architecture.

Architect and develop high-performance backend services using .NET Core within cloud-native and microservices environments.

Contribute to frontend development using ReactJS and modern TypeScript-based frameworks.

Define coding standards, conduct technical reviews, and promote best engineering practices.

Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, backend, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.

Optimize applications for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Support CI/CD processes and modern deployment methodologies.

Participate in technical decision-making and long-term platform evolution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–12 years of professional software development experience

• Strong backend expertise with .NET Core / .NET 6+

• Solid experience with scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

• Good frontend development exposure with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

• Experience with cloud-native environments and containerized applications

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with exposure to NoSQL technologies being a plus

• Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and real-time communication

• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows

• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams
