We are looking for an analytically sharp and commercially driven professional to support the Net Revenue Management (NRM) agenda in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and profitability of Arla's portfolio in Saudi Arabia. As NRM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting initiatives across pricing, promotion, pack, and mix strategies. Working closely with the Senior NRM Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help shape how Arla drives sustainable value creation across brands and channels. This position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Senior NRM Manager, KSA.

As the NRM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and execution of NRM strategies across price, pack, promotion, and mix levers to unlock profitable growth opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis using internal and external sources to identify margin enhancement opportunities and commercial efficiencies.
  • Assisting in promotion effectiveness evaluations, providing insights to optimize frequency, depth, and ROI of trade investments.
  • Building and maintaining performance dashboards and analytical tools to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
  • Partnering with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between NRM insights and commercial plans.
  • Driving a one-commercial mindset, promoting collaboration and embedding NRM thinking across the business.
  • Analytical, proactive, and commercially minded

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and bring 5+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally within commercial finance, category development, revenue management, or analytics. You combine strong numerical and analytical skills with a commercial mindset and a passion for turning insights into action. You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and familiarity with retail audit or Nielsen data considered an advantage. You have excellent communication and storytelling abilities, enabling you to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
