Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Application Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in application support (L2). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining .NET-based applications in production environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, SQL) in production environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance problems.

Analyze logs, errors, and system behavior to identify root causes.

Handle incidents and service requests in line with SLA requirements.

Perform bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements when required.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues.

Support web-based applications and ensure high availability.

Perform patch management and version control activities.

Maintain documentation of incidents, fixes, and support procedures.

Follow ITIL processes including Incident and Problem Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support (L2).

Strong experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET).

Experience with SQL queries and database troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience supporting web-based applications.

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management).

Experience in debugging C# and JavaScript applications.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
