- Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs.
- Enhance existing workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration.
- Support workflow application configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.
- Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams where integration or technical dependencies exist.
- Assist Operations in technical feasibility assessment, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge transfer records.
