About the Role:Provide a brief description of the role, responsibilities, and what the ideal candidate looks like.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, network security, firewalls, network operating systems and network hardware.
• Experience in Network monitoring and management tools (such as Wireshark, SolarWinds or Opentext).
• Experience in Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, FMC, Palo Alto etc.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Install latest patches and software upgrades for all systems including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Maintain and monitor various network and security devices as firewalls, routers and IDS-IPS etc.
• Develop security management/change management and compliance documents.
• Recommend changes to the security policy and monitor compliance.
• Ensure integrity of the backups and restore procedures.
• Experience in Trellix Antivirus solution, EDR and XDR would have an added advantage.
• Assist in IT infrastructure security planning, development and implementation.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned related to IT Network and Security infrastructure.
