The ideal candidate must be experienced into Network Administration to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across head office, remote sites, and cloud environments. The role focuses on high availability, Zero Trust architecture, and secure connectivity aligned with ISO 27001 & NCA ECC standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and internet connectivity across KSA locations
- Administer Cisco Meraki environments ensuring performance, redundancy & uptime
- Monitor network using SolarWinds, FortiAnalyzer, Meraki Dashboard
- Implement Zero Trust security, network segmentation, VPNs, and firewall policies
- Support SASE solutions (ZTNA, SWG, CASB) for secure remote access
- Manage hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure, Microsoft 365, OCI)
- Coordinate telecom services (DIA, Fiber, 5G STC) and remote site connectivity
- Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Maintain network documentation & compliance standards
Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP / Meraki (ECMS)
- Fortinet NSE (NSE4+)
- Azure / OCI certifications (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
- Ability to handle critical incidents under pressure
- Good communication & vendor coordination
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SASE / Zero Trust environments
- Exposure to multi-site infrastructure
- Basic scripting/automation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT / Computer Science or related field
- 69 years of enterprise network administration experience
