Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled Network & IT Support Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role combines network administration with hands-on IT and customer support
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Provide IT and customer support (onsite and remote)
- Manage email systems and user accounts
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, desktops, printers, networking devices)
- Handle software and system installations
- Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security policies and basic compliance controls
- Maintain technical documentation and asset records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Manager CyberSecurity
Requirements
- Proven experience in Network Administration / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and email systems
- Hands-on experience with installations, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple issues
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is a plus
