Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize WAF policies (F5 ASM, FortiWAF, Imperva).
- Create, tune, and maintain security rules, signatures, and bot protection.
- Manage load balancer configs (virtual servers, pools, health checks).
- Perform SSL certificate renewal, installation, and chain validation.
- Troubleshoot application issues (HTTP/S, API failures, session flow, cookies).
- Support secure migration of applications to cloud/hybrid environments .
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in application support, application security, and WAF administration.
Hands-on Experience With
- F5 WAF (ASM/Advanced WAF), FortiWAF, Imperva, or Palo Alto App-ID
- F5 LTM/GTMs for load balancing and reverse proxy
- SSL/TLS certificate management, HTTPS traffic handling
- Firewall administration
- Reverse proxy and application hosting environments
- Experience supporting web applications, APIs, backend integrations, and authentication flows.
- Good understanding of OWASP Top 10, application threat modelling, and secure configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in application-layer issues (Layer 4–7).
- Experience working in 24x7 operations/NOC/SOC environments.
- Ability to prepare documentation, SOPs, change plans, and security reports.

- 24/7 support coverage including weekend as on call basis
- Must be willing to respond to critical incidents during off-hours as required.
