We are seeking a highly experienced L3 Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced network infrastructures across enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. Job Overview
You will be responsible for driving network architecture strategies, managing complex environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN), and serving as the highest technical escalation point across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design scalable enterprise network architectures
- Implement and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-integrated networks
- Act as L3 escalation point for critical network issues
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex incidents
- Support presales activities (designs, solutions, ROI analysis)
- Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Lead large-scale network implementation projects
- Automate network operations using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal efficiency
- Document network designs and change management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
- CCIE certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing & switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco (Routers, Switches, Wireless, ACI)
- Experience in cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Skills & Expertise
- Advanced Enterprise Networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless, NAC, ACI/Spine-Leaf)
- Experience with SD-WAN and network automation
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Ansible)
- Strong understanding of network security and access control
- Expertise in performance tuning and root cause analysis
- Ability to lead projects and work across multiple IT domains
