Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Network Expert to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level networks and ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages, ensuring minimal downtime
- Implement network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices
- Perform network upgrades, patching, and patching
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network-related projects
- Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration/engineering
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with firewall and security technologies
- Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of network design and architecture
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or telecom environments
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
