About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Network L3 Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will provide advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and operational support across complex network environments, ensuring high availability, compliance, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage recurring network issues through structured problem management.
- Configure and manage routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Review and approve network changes as part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, maintain backup configurations, and implement security hardening.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business continuity and network optimization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in enterprise networking roles.
Required Skills:
- Cisco Technologies: Handson experience with Cisco DNAC, FTD, Cisco ISE, and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC).
- Load Balancing: Strong knowledge of F5 Load Balancer, including configuration and policy management.
- Firewalls: Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall administration is mandatory.
- Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) required.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced troubleshooting, configuration, RCA, compliance, and security hardening.
- Strong analytical ability, problemsolving mindset, and effective communication skills.
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary: AED 16,000 per month (plus benefits).
