As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently looking for a Officer -Network the job holder is accountable to establish and maintain relations between healthcare providers, ensure adherence to policy procedures and troubleshoot issues and complaints arising from healthcare providers.

Your Job:

• Provider Relationship Management:

Conduct regular provider meetings, build strong business networks, and act as a mediator to resolve network-related issues between providers and internal departments.

• Performance Monitoring:

Maintain complaints dashboards, monitor resolution turnaround times, and conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvements.

• Provider Training:

Conduct effective provider training and orientation programs.

• Client Management:

Manage client-specific tasks, projects, and daily operational requirements.

• Business Reporting:

Provide management updates and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

• Network Surveys:

Design and implement network surveys to gather market insights.

• Projects & Assignments:

Execute network-related projects and assignments directed by the Head of Department.

• Continuous Process Improvement:

Identify improvement opportunities across provider management and network operations to enhance overall business performance.

• Onsite visits:

Deliver provider training and address targeted operational issues.

Your profile

• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge related to medical terminology / ICD & CPT Codes
• Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospital Administration / Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year experience in provider relations functionality at GCC.
