Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC Engineer) - Riyadh KSA

Role:

• Coordinate day-to-day NOC operations on the client side.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor critical incidents and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution activities across technical teams.
• Track incident progress and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, Or NOC operation.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and network monitoring tools is preferred.
• Arabic speaker with good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as PRTG, AppDynamics, and SolarWinds.
• Basic understanding of servers and networking.
