Network Operations Engineer

We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement

Job Details:

Role: Mobile Cloud Network Operations Engineer

Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract, long term, outsourced

Work Location: Ajman, with some site visits within Northern Emirates & Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

• Maintain the stable running operation of FMC-Clouds belong to different vendors/domains, and follow up with the VMs owners (Internal Teams) and vendors for any rectification actions.
• Perform hardware on-site and remote ATP testing for the new systems and devices.
• Ensure that all planned activities are carried out as per the plan.
• Follow up with our concerned parties and vendors for network incidents, HW related faults, and snags.
• Follow up with FMC planning teams for the new projects and required changes.
• Prepare and submit the health check, shift handover, RCA and different technical reports as required.
• Ensure O&M and management awareness of the major network faults and service disturbance.
• Maintain the record of the faults related to managed FMC-Clouds belong to different vendors and domains.
• Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual FMC-Cloud reports
• Coordinate and follow-up with our security and SOC teams for the assigned related topics.
• Perform other assigned tasks related to FMC-Cloud domain
• Handle and close the Remedy Change Records CRs and Trouble Tickets OPs assigned to the group of FMC-Cloud.
