Network Optimization Engineer

The technical support includes: Wireless network optimization GSM, TD-LTE/FDD-LTE, please advised to be familiar with anyone above.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Optimize the network in the managed area, and be responsible for network indicators.

2. Provides new products, new functions, new equipment commissioning, and routine technical guidance.

3. Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.

4. Answers technical questions, including technical information such as feature and technical principles.

5. Take charge of customer technical training in the region where the product is located, and understand the customer's opinions on the product technologies, quality problems, and service level.

6. Cooperates with pre-sales personnel to tap potential for business opportunities and improve customer customer satisfaction.

7. Provides technical training for employees and users, coordinates with pre-sales users, and provides necessary technical support to improves customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Communication engineering, electronic information engineering, computer science, and other bachelor's degree or above

2. At least three years of on-site project experience in network optimization, with solid communication knowledge and network O&M experience.

3. Be proficient in English.

4. Familiar with basic wireless network knowledge, network architecture, and device types.

5. Be able to communicate and express well, coordinate well, and learn well with others with good team management capability.

6. Be conscientious and down-to-earth in work, have strong learning ability, good service awareness, careful in work, and good pressure resistance capability and strain capability.
