Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end network project lifecycles: from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop, monitor, and update project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in all network deployments.
- Prepare and present regular project performance reports and updates to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and outcomes.
Skills Qualifications Must-Have
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in network project management and leading technical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications standards, and best practices.
- Strong command over project management tools such as MS Project and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
- Experience managing projects in a hybrid work environment with geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with emerging networking technologies and vendor management strategies.
