The Network Security Pre-Sale Engineer will work closely with the sales team, providing technical expertise and support for sales activities and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. The role will require the planning and creation of technical solutions and proposals, as well as the delivery of technical presentations of solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with network security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network architectures and TCP/IP networking
- Experience with Fortinet network security platforms.
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks network security platforms.
- Experience with email security solutions.
- Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) products.
- Experience with web applications and API protection methods.
- Strong knowledge of network security products and features, such as SDWAN, NDR, DLP, and operational technology (OT) protection.
- Ability to perform network security assessments and create solution proposals.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations of solutions to clients.
- Ability to develop and implement proofs of concept (PoCs) to demonstrate the capabilities of proposed network security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Certifications in network security technologies, such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or CEH, are a plus.
