Technical SME for the technologies listed in the Competency table below.
Handle Medium & Large projects.
Deliver Projects within schedule and budgets.
Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
Reporting of all KPIs related to Service Delivery
Adherence to Process, Policies & Procedures
Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements for self and team.
Escalating and coordinating with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation related issues.
Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Projects & Support functions based on the requirement.
Provide a consultative approach in delivering Projects & Support Functions which can lead to additional opportunities.
Design, deploy, and operate Cisco ACI (EVPN-VXLAN) data center fabrics.
Implement and support Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) using DNA Center.
Design and manage VMware NSX-T overlays, gateways, and micro-segmentation.
Deploy and optimize Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco).
Design and manage enterprise wireless networks using HPE Aruba & Cisco.
Configure and administer Aruba ClearPass for NAC, 802.1X, guest access, and BYOD.
Integrate wired, wireless, and security platforms with identity systems (AD/LDAP).
Deploy and manage Secure Web Proxy (WSA) and Secure Email Gateway (ESA) solutions
Act as L3 escalation for complex incidents and perform RCA analysis.
Lead upgrades, migrations, technology refreshes, and optimization initiatives.
Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, As-Built, and operational documentation.
