Job Description
We're hiring a
Network Support Associate (Associate Engineer) to support critical network operations in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotations
- Monitor network health and respond to incidents via NMS tools
- Support migration activities, including configuration, validation, and cutovers
- Troubleshoot issues across legacy and live network environments
- Execute service requests and changes following structured processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors during maintenance windows
- Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational records
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network environments
- Strong foundation in routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP) and MPLS technologies
- Hands-on experience with multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper)
- Exposure to L2/L3 VPN services and service migration workflows
- Ability to support live network operations and complex cutovers
- CCNP (or equivalent) certification preferred
