Role Summary
Provides on-site installation, configuration, and support for laptops, printers, and monitors.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and monitors
Install and test printers (local and network)
Perform OS setup, basic software installation, and user handover
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
Provide on-site user support during rollout
Maintain installation checklists and sign-offs
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years IT support or field engineering experience
Strong Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience with printer installation and support
Customer-facing communication skills
