Job OverviewProvides engineer level support on technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, spanning tree protocols e.g.; MSTP, RSTP, 802.1x, 802.11, 802.16, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, VRRP/HSRP, WAN Acceleration, QoS, VoIP, VTC and similar network technologies.
Responsibilities And Duties- Proactive monitoring and analysis
- Data Integrity
- Technical Lead during Severity 1 & 2 Incidents
- Change Implementation
- Problem management
- RCA analysis
- Investigate, diagnose, and validate incidents upon escalation
- Execute emergency changes
- Create RCA's
- Work with core engineering for incident resolution
- Provide technical training for L1 & L2
- Technical escalation point of contact for L1 & L2 engineers
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in related field
- At least 57-year experience in Networking
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with multi-vendor environment
- Familiar with ITIL process
- Good to have at least CCNP
