A leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Consultant Neurologist to provide specialist neurological care and contribute to the development of high-quality clinical services.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized Western specialist qualification and substantial Consultant-level experience in Neurology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Consultant-level assessment, diagnosis and management of neurological conditions.
Manage patients with complex neurological disorders.
Conduct comprehensive neurological consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions.
Work collaboratively with neurosurgery, rehabilitation, radiology, emergency medicine and other relevant specialties.
Provide appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical case discussions.
Support clinical teaching and supervision of junior physicians.
Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with applicable clinical standards.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Recognized postgraduate qualification in Neurology.
Consultant-level experience in Neurology.
Strong experience managing a broad range of adult neurological conditions.
Recognized Western qualification required in accordance with the employer's criteria.
Must be eligible for SCFHS professional classification at Consultant level in Neurology.
Valid professional registration/licensing in the country of current practice.
Ability to provide all relevant qualification, registration and experience documentation required for SCFHS assessment and verification.
Bilingual Arabic and English communication skills required.
