We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in managing HNI/UHNI clients (High Value Life Insurance clients). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of multiple lines of insuranceincluding medical, general, and lifeand prior experience within the HNI/UHNI client segment. Knowledge of DIFC regulations will be considered a strong advantage. Should have strong communication skills and technical knowledge.
Candidates should have 58+ years of relevant experience, along with strong educational qualifications and industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities
New Business
- Prepare illustrations and explain product offerings, guiding advisors/clients on suitable plan options.
- Coordinate and arrange medical examinations for clients.
- Liaise with medical centers to schedule appointments and obtain medical reports.
- Provide complete application sets and supplementary forms.
- Support Advisors/Relationship Managers in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Conduct product and process training for Associates.
Back-Office Support
- Ensure accurate uploading of new business application documents on internal portals.
- Prepare and maintain business reports.
- Submit complete applications to insurance carriers.
- Coordinate with providers until final offers are issued.
- Communicate with Advisors on outstanding requirements and follow up on premium completion.
- Procure and upload policy documents, and prepare cover letters for Advisor handover.
Salary Range: AED 7,000 AED9,000
