About the Role
New Living Quarters - Architect
This role sits within a large-scale capital project environment and covers the full lifecycle of living quarters architecture, from competitive FEED studies through EPC execution and handover to operations. You'll be working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international contractors to deliver safe, fit-for-purpose, and high-quality accommodation facilities.
Key highlights of the role:
- Lead and manage architectural design from FEED, tendering, EPC, and operations handover
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, international codes, and company standards
- Drive constructible, cost-effective, and low-maintenance design solutions
- Interface with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders worldwide
- Support HAZID/HAZOP, technical reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities
- Contribute to schedule, cost control, risk management, and continuous design optimization
Profile we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years experience in Living Quarters (LQ) design.
- Experience working in multicultural, multinational project teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for project execution
- Offshore safety certifications (e.g., H2S, BOSIET) are a plus
