Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a small team of Visualizers and CAD Drafters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Plan and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux's growth roadmap.
- Oversee product development within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with design, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
- Manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept and launch to continuous improvement.
- Coordinate directly with OEM partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure product quality.
- Report to the Directors with regular updates on team performance, product progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
- 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
- A passion for technical products and solutions someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
- Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
