We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
NICE inContact Engineer to join our team onsite in
Dubai. This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining NICE inContact Contact Center solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support NICE inContact Studio, ACD, IVR, WFM, and QM modules
- Integrate NICE inContact with CRM platforms and third-party APIs
- Handle scripting, call flow design, and customization using Studio tools
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-side stakeholders
- Document configurations, processes, and technical procedures
- Provide support during UAT and go-live phases
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with NICE inContact Studio and Contact Center implementations
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and telephony infrastructure
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, ACD, and cloud communication technologies
- Familiarity with API integrations, JSON/XML, and cloud-based SaaS environments
- Knowledge of WFM, QM, and Analytics modules within NICE inContact
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
- NICE inContact certification (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in deploying NICE inContact in large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Genesys, or Avaya (a plus)
