Job description:
1- Review the table numbers with the actual numbers on the table.
2- Print samples of checks and make sure the items in the check are the same on the table.
3- Make sure that every captain in the lounge does not keep any amounts with him after calculating the table and go to the cashier directly to close the check.
4- Do not allow any order to leave the bar unless there is a printed copy of the order on the check. 5- Review the checks on the bar and compare them with actual orders.
6-Make a daily inventory of the bar and send it to the cost Department for analysis and extract the deficit and increase the next day and the deficit if any, will be charged to the restaurant .
Job requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tourism and hotels.
2- 1-3 years of experience in the field of luxury restaurants and nightlife is a Must.
3- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Cost Controller a Must.
4- Previous experience with systems such as COMSYS or a related system.
5- Previous experience in bar inventory is a
Must.
6- Ability to reconcile daily revenue from multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, nightlife venues).
7- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
