Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Night Shift Reservations Agent. The primary responsibilities include managing and processing hotel reservations, providing first-rate customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer requests via phone or email. The agent will maintain accurate records, ensure seamless communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Reservations to manage bookings and customer inquiries effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professionalism for handling calls and providing a positive client experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage a busy work environment effectively.
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to customer needs promptly.
