NOC Engineer skilled in Linux
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 12 Months extendable
- 7+ years experience working in NOC Environment
- Work experience in server specifically those with Linux exposure, including Ubuntu
- Work experience as Data Center NOC engineer
- Has strong basics in recognizing port numbers, ip range, subnets, server device alarms
- Strong process knowledge and experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling NOC monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge and experience in usage of ITSM ticketing tool
- Build SOP's on continuous basis
- Windows server administration
- Linux / ubuntu server administration
- Hands on backup expertise
- Understanding and hands on experience on storage technologies
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- CCNP certification in mandatory
