We are hiring NOC Infra & Virtualization Engineer to join one of our major clients based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Monitors and supports servers, OS, virtualization, storage, backup.
- Provides L1/L2 troubleshooting and performs standard recovery steps from runbooks.
- Works with ICP infra teams and vendors for deeper L3 issues
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere Foundation 8
- Servers: Dell PowerEdge R660
- OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Satellite + Ansible
- Storage: NetApp AFF A90 / AFF C80 running ONTAP
- Backup: Commvault Backup & Recovery
- Tape: Dell LTO-9 Tape Library
- Ticketing tool: NOC team must integrate with ICP Service Desk and follow ITIL-based incident management processes.
