Job Description : Nokia RAN Integration Engineer
Focus: Commissioning & Software-based Integration
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Nokia RAN Integration Engineer to join our team in Dubai for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commissioning and integrating Nokia Air Scale and Flexi hardware within the
Etisalat (e&) network. You will be responsible for ensuring new sites and upgrades are seamlessly integrated into the live network.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote commissioning and integration of Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), and 5G (NR) sites.
- Execute scripts for Nokia AirScale Baseband and System Modules.
- Perform alarm clearing, health checks, and site acceptance tests (SAT) following Etisalat standards.
- Coordinate with field technicians for hardware installation verification and VSWR troubleshooting.
- Update site status in Etisalat's project management and OSS tools.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in Nokia RAN Integration.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working on Etisalat projects in the UAE.
- Tools: Proficiency in Nokia NetAct, MML, and BTS Site Manager.
- Availability: Immediate Joiners only (Max notice period 1 week).
- Location: Dubai.
- Salary: AED 5,000 – 5,500 .
