nterim HR Consultant Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Contract)

SimplySolved, a leading FTA-accredited outsourced HR, payroll, and compliance partner based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join our team on a 4-6 month contract, focused on recruitment and talent acquisition.

About the role

We're scaling up our hiring pipeline and need a hands-on recruitment specialist who can hit the ground running — owning end-to-end recruitment for a defined period while our permanent team focuses on other strategic priorities.

What you'll do

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Operate within our ATS and shortlisting platforms to build candidate pipeline

- Partner with managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across relevant functions

- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing to attract quality candidates

- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communication throughout the process

- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handover

- Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders

- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our talent attraction efforts

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an HR Consultant, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within the UAE market

- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and recruitment best practices

- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Immediate to short-notice availability for a 4-month engagement

- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is a plus
