Our platform provides innovative networking, knowledge-sharing, and digital marketing & trading solutions for the healthcare industry — and we're now expanding through franchise partnerships internationally.

We're looking for an International Franchise Coordinator to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our franchise partners across Nigeria and Morocco, ensuring smooth communication, tracking performance, and supporting their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and follow up on weekly performance reports submitted by franchise partners

- Track progress against sales targets and flag underperformance early

- Recommend and implement improvement plans when targets are not met

- Act as a liaison between the company and international franchise partners

- Support onboarding and ongoing communication with partners in different markets

What We're Looking For:

- English proficiency: B2 (essential — daily communication with international ـ a growing, innovative healthcare platform

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Creative problem-solving mindset

- A continuous-learning attitude and adaptability

- Marketing Skills

- Prior experience in coordination, account management, or partner relations is a plus
