Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Specialist

Location: Riyadh Rad Care Medical Company

Job Summary:

Rad Care Medical Company is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology Department.

The role involves performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring the safe handling of radioactive materials, and maintaining compliance with national and international radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to established protocols and clinical indications.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals accurately under the supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Consultant.
  • Operate and calibrate nuclear medicine imaging equipment (e.g., gamma camera, SPECT/CT, PET/CT).
  • Ensure compliance with NRRC, SFDA, and SCFHS regulations related to radiation protection and material handling.
  • Maintain detailed records of imaging studies and radiation doses.
  • Participate in quality assurance and patient safety programs in accordance with CBAHI and JCIA standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Valid SCFHS license as a Nuclear Medicine Specialist.
  • NRRC license is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine procedures within a hospital or medical center.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
