Role Description This full-time, on-site Nurse role is based in Cairo and supports the health and well-being of employees at Savola Group facilities. The nurse will provide routine and emergency clinical care, including basic assessments, triage, first aid, and coordination of referrals to external healthcare providers when needed. Daily tasks include monitoring employee health, maintaining accurate medical records, supporting workplace health programs, and ensuring adherence to relevant health and safety regulations. The nurse will participate in health education initiatives, such as preventive care awareness and wellness campaigns, and collaborate with HR and Health & Safety teams on occupational health matters. The role requires consistent, professional communication with employees at all levels and a focus on confidentiality, compassion, and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- Clinical nursing competence, including patient assessment, basic diagnostics, first aid, and emergency response in a workplace or occupational health setting.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, occupational health standards, and workplace health and safety practices relevant to corporate environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse employee groups, providing health education, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Organizational and documentation skills for accurate medical record-keeping, reporting, and coordination of care with external healthcare providers.
- Valid nursing license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree); experience in occupational or corporate nursing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple cases during busy periods, and collaborate effectively with HR and Health & Safety teams.
- Proficiency in using basic medical equipment and familiarity with electronic health records or relevant digital tools; Arabic and English language skills are beneficial.
