Role Purpose
To provide first aid and basic medical care for Innovo's site and camp workforce, supporting occupational health and emergency response on project sites.
Key Accountabilities
- Medical Care
- Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for site injuries and illnesses.
- Maintain medical records and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities.
- Health & Safety Support
- Support occupational health screening and awareness programmes for the workforce.
- Maintain first aid stations and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked.
- Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to site medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance transfer when required.
- Participate in emergency drills and support the project emergency response plan.
- Heat Stress & Wellness Programmes
- Implement heat stress prevention measures and monitor at-risk workers during summer months.
- Conduct basic health awareness sessions on hydration, nutrition, and common occupational illnesses.
- Camp Health Monitoring
- Conduct periodic hygiene and sanitation checks at labour accommodation camps.
- Report communicable disease risks or outbreaks to the HSE Manager and relevant authorities.
- Innovation & Value Creation
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Nursing diploma or degree; valid UAE nursing licence
- Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational/industrial setting
