Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily nursery and childcare center operations
- Supervise and support teachers and childcare staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE childcare regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement early childhood education programs and curriculum
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Handle parent communication, feedback, and enrollment processes
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum 35 years experience as Nursery Manager or Childcare Center Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Leadership/Early Years certificate (eg., CACHE L5) preferred
- Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- First Aid and Child Safety certifications preferred
- Immediate availability preferred
