Nursery Manager

Our client is a is a bilingual nursery in Dubai that offers a high-quality education to children from one to five years. With years of experience as fully bilingual early education providers, they shape children to grow, make friends, and explore who they are and the world around them.

We are currently hiring a Nursery Manager to join our client's team in Dubai.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Direct reports: Full branch teaching and support team

Reports to: CEO

Required Experience and Qualification:

• Five (5) years local nursery leadership mandatory
• Experience running a branch or setting as the accountable lead

Must have

• KHDA early years standards and inspection framework
• Safeguarding and child protection certificate
• Staff rota and staff-to-child ratio management
• Parent complaint handling and communication
• Occupancy, enrolment and budget management
• Fluent professional English, spoken and written
• Bachelor of Education or Early Childhood Education; or CACHE Level 5
• CACHE Level 3 accepted only with 5+ years documented local leadership experience
• Certificates attested (MOFA / Emirati Embassy)
