Nursery Teacher

Our client is a well-established family group in Dubai that is expanding its education portfolio with the launch of a new nursery in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher (FS1 / FS2) who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education in a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

• Implement child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.

• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Observe, assess, and document children's progress.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

• Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates.

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellence in early years education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or related field.

• CACHE Level 3 (completed) or equivalent qualification (MOFA attested).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursery / Early Years settings.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS framework.

• Experience in child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.

• European nationals are preferred
