Essential Minimum Experience
- At least 5 years nursing management experience as a Unit Manager, or Deputy Nursing Director in an IVF Centre.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in IVF.
Desired Experience
- Senior Leadership Position and Quality in IVF Centre.
Essential Education
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Desired Education
- Master's and/or Specialized degree in nursing or other related field e.g. Healthcare Management, IVF.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To lead and manage nursing and services across three regions and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of quality care in accordance with regulatory standards.
To ensure clinical operational efficiency and effectiveness as a strategic imperative.
