Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Coordination Agent (English Creole Speaker) to support our Coordination Department for the Nursing Personnel account. This role is responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operational support between internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working evening hours in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities related to staffing and operational support
- Communicate effectively with nurses, coordinators, and internal teams in both English andCreole Speaker.
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally
- Update and maintain accurate records and reports
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Creole(spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 4:00 PM 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in coordination, customer support, or healthcare support is a plus
