Job Description

About Nabta Health

Nabta Health is a hybrid women's healthcare company reimagining how women access, experience, and navigate care. We combine multi-specialty clinical teams with personalised, data-informed care pathways to support women across every life stage, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.

At NABTA, we believe women deserve care that is integrated, preventive, and deeply human. Our model brings together physical, mental, hormonal, and social health, recognising that women's health is not episodic, but lifelong. We work closely with clinicians, researchers, and partners across academic, scientific, and commercial ecosystems to deliver care that is evidence-based, ethical, and contextually relevant.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic OB/GYN to join NABTA's multidisciplinary women's health team on a revenue-share basis. This role is well suited to a clinician who values continuity of care, shared decision-making, and working within an integrated, preventive model rather than siloed specialty care.

You will support women across reproductive and hormonal life stages, working closely with primary care, mental health, and allied health colleagues to deliver holistic, patient-centred outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultations across all life stages
  • Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecological conditions
  • Support patients through fertility, pregnancy planning, contraception, menstrual health, perimenopause, and menopause
  • Collaborate closely with NABTA's GPs, psychologists, nutritionists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care
  • Engage patients in shared decision-making, education, and preventive strategies
  • Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in line with DHA and NABTA standards
  • Contribute to the development of women's health pathways and clinical best practice
Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English (Arabic strongly preferred)
  • MBBS with specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Active DHA licence as an OB/GYN
  • Proven clinical experience in women's health
  • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
  • Alignment with NABTA's values of ethical, personalised, and preventive care
What We Offer

  • Flexible session-based working arrangements
  • Competitive revenue-share model
  • Marketing, operational, and referral support
  • The opportunity to practise medicine within a progressive, integrated women's health ecosystem
