OCM Specialist Digital Transformation

We are seeking an OCM Specialist (contract position) to support major digital transformation programs. The role focuses on driving adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute OCM strategies for digital transformation projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Lead communication, training, and engagement activities.
- Facilitate workshops, address resistance, and support adoption.
- Track KPIs, report progress, and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in OCM for large digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of ADKAR / Prosci or similar frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver training, communications, and change workshops.
- Experience with cloud, AI, SDLC, or digital technologies is a plus.
- Prosci or change management certification is highly preferred.
- Arabic Speaker
