- Collaborate with senior management to identify skill gaps and provide recommendations for recruitment or training.
- Support the organization in implementing organizational change plans by developing effective change management strategies.
- Provide advice and support to management and employees to ensure smooth adaptation to changes.
- Design and implement organizational development programs to improve organizational performance, such as leadership and training programs.
- Work closely with HR teams to develop policies and plans for recruitment and career development.
- Ensure workforce plans support the achievement of the company's long-term goals.
- Develop programs to improve organizational performance and promote a high-performance culture within the company.
- Analyze workforce data such as turnover and retention rates, and monitor trends to identify organizational challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on organizational structure efficiency and workforce needs.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 14 years of experience as an Organizational Development and Workforce Planning Specialist in the same field.
