JOB PURPOSE
Organizational Development and Effectiveness main role is to support with Diverse OD&E Projects and Activities
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or any relevant degree.
- Passionate about Data Analysis and dashboards
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR preferably organization development role.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel Functions
- Familiar with HR platforms and tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the adoption of HR Technology Projects
- Assist in Maintainenance of employee data integrity in MAGRABI systems by regularly updating, analyzing, and auditing data across regions
- Report across different P&C systems portals the needed analysis, raising a flag regarding discrepancies.
- Assist in Maintainenance of the company's job descriptions library and updating it to ensure that all jobs are accurately described and reflect the job's nature and specifications.
