We are seeking consultants with specialized expertise in organizational development, public sector reform, and HR restructuring of governmental authorities and entities. Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a proven track record of success in facilitating organizational change, implementing public sector reforms, and leading HR restructuring initiatives within government agencies or similar entities.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with development partner organizations and governments as consultants will be expected to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and effectively collaborate with diverse partners to achieve project objectives.
- Have a deep understanding of the Egypt ecosystem, including its political, economic, and social dynamics.
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
