Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the company's Organizational Development roadmap aligned with strategic goals.

• Maintain and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and organizational charts.

• Manage the full performance management cycle including KPI development and appraisal frameworks.

• Develop competency frameworks and job evaluation systems to support workforce planning.

• Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning and career path development.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to strengthening company culture.

• Analyze HR data and develop OD dashboards and reports for management insights.

• Support organizational transformation and restructuring projects.

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

• Work with external training providers to deliver impactful development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Organizational Development.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, competency models, and job evaluation.
