Job Description

To support the execution of Organizational Development activities across Head Office and Factory, assisting with performance management, competency framework maintenance, succession planning support, and employee development and engagement initiatives under the guidance of the TA & OD Senior Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ·       Organizational Development Initiatives:
  • o  Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • o  Assist in analyzing organizational effectiveness and recommending improvement actions.
  • o  Coordinate OD project timelines, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  •  
  • ·       Performance Management:
  • o  Coordinate the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • o  Ensure timely completion of appraisals across assigned departments and follow up with managers on outstanding reviews.
  • o  Support calibration sessions to help ensure consistency and fairness in ratings.
  • o  Maintain accurate performance records and prepare appraisal completion reports for management.

  • ·       Competency Management:
  • o  Assist in developing and maintaining competency frameworks aligned with role requirements.
  • o  Support the assessment of employee competencies against defined frameworks.
  • o  Help identify competency gaps and recommend development actions.
  •  
  • ·       Talent Management:
  • o  Support talent review and calibration sessions.
  • o  Assist in maintaining talent pools and high-potential employee records.
  • o  Contribute to career development and individual development planning activities.
  •  
  • ·       Learning & Development:
  • o  Identify training needs in coordination with departments.
  • o  Coordinate technical, safety, and soft skills training programs.
  • o  Track training effectiveness and maintain training records for audit requirements.
  •  
  • ·       Organization Structure & Workforce Planning:
  • o  Support the maintenance and updating of organization charts.
  • o  Assist in workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and forecasting.
  • o  Help analyze actual staffing levels against approved organizational structures.
  •  
  • ·       Job Analysis and Job Descriptions:
  • o  Support job analysis activities to define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
  • o  Draft and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
  • o  Maintain the job description library and ensure periodic review and version control.
  •  
  • ·       Employee Engagement:
  • o  Support the planning and execution of employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • o  Analyze engagement survey results and help department heads develop action plans.
  • o  Coordinate employee engagement activities and events, such as recognition programs, town halls, and culture initiatives.
  • o  Track the progress and effectiveness of engagement action plans.

  • ·       Change Management:
  • o  Support the rollout of organizational change initiatives across departments.
  • o  Assist in preparing communication and training materials for change initiatives.
  • o  Help monitor employee readiness and adoption, and flag resistance or issues to the OD Manager.
  •  
  • ·       HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • o  Maintain OD-related data and prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
  • o  Track key OD metrics, such as appraisal completion, engagement scores, and training hours.
  • o  Support ad-hoc data and analysis requests from the TA & OD Senior Manager.

  • ·       Stakeholder Management:
  • o  Build and maintain effective working relationships with department heads and line managers.
  • o  Act as a point of contact for OD-related queries from stakeholders.
  • o  Support cross-functional coordination on OD initiatives and projects.
  •  
  • ·       Team Leadership:
  • o  Supervise and guide OD coordinators/specialists in day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OD support activities.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ø Academic and Professional Qualifications
  • ·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ·      HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Ø Experience
  • ·      4+ years of HR experience.
  • ·      2+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
  • ·      Prior experience in a coordination or supervisory support role is preferred.
  • ·      Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing industries is preferred.
  • Ø Skills and Competencies
  • ·      Good knowledge of competency frameworks, performance management, and organizational development practices.
  • ·      Working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance.
  • ·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • ·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ·      Experience supporting multi-site operations (head office and factory) is a plus.
  • ·      Familiarity with change management and organizational development concepts.
  • ·      Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • ·      Proficiency in HRIS systems, performance management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ·      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • ·      Good team coordination and coaching skills.
  • ·      Awareness of risk and governance requirements.
